What I like about Turbulence Training
I like that Craig combines Strength Training and Cardio into one workout. Typical high calorie burn workouts are HIIT workouts that challenge your body, but include a lot of jumping and complex moves that are bad on your joints. And you don’t want to be waking the people up below you in the hotel room either!
It is easy to follow and you will sweat your tail off!
What I would change…
There really is not much about the program I would change which you can tell by my Turbulence Training Reviews.
I found that when I am following along with the instructions on my phone, the font is a little small to read after I am sweating and my heart is pumping. Other than that, the program is very simple to follow.

To be honest, I purchased Turbulence Training and completed the program before writing my Turbulence Training Reviews. My expectations were that you could not possibly get such a good workout in on 90 minutes a week. But I was wrong!
What I discovered was not only was this a great workout for beginners and experts, but Craig’s formula is the right balance to get you in shape without putting stress on my joints. And since I am getting fit over 40, this was perfect for me!
The best part of the TT program for me is that whereever my phone is, TT is with me! I don’t have to be home to follow the DVD, and I can do it anywhere!
