This 90 Day Home Workout Program has become my favorite! You get great gains without using a much weight. My home gym weights only go to 50 lbs. and I get amazing results!

5 Focus T25 – 25 Minutes a Day of Cardio Interval Training
If you want to get fit fast, Focus T25 is the way to go! I completed the Insanity DVD’s and they are the best high intensity fat burn I have ever done.
T25 is a shortened, more intense version. I absolutely recommend this to anyone getting ready for that surprise vacation next month.
