In January I started a new health plan with 2 simple rules. No Grains, No Sugars. Simple, right? Well, it really is not that hard once you get past the first week or so and cutting out processed bread and grains will help you lose weight fast.
Overall, you will be changing the way your body gives you fuel. You will go from a carb and sugar fueled addiction, to being fat fueled. And without getting all sciency about it, you will basically have more energy longer without crashing in the middle of the day.

2 Clean Eating, Clean Living
If cutting out carbs sounds no bueno to you, then try cleaning up your kitchen. The best way to do this is to cut out the crap and start cooking your food. This takes a little more food prep and the learning curve is a bit more curvy, but it can be done.

Getting healthy may start in the kitchen or start with exercise. Everybody is different, but I have found that if you are getting a proper amount of exercise, you body will crave the right food to recharge your lifestyle.
