Is your neck pain from texting a pain in the neck?
I never really thought that this would be a common problem, but the more I pay attention I see people with their heads buried in their phones. Its like we are having a relationship with the phone more than the person or app on the other end.
Aside from the neck pain from texting, I see people that really could be causing harm to others…
Every day I pass a high school on the way to work. And more times than not, I am waiting at the crosswalk for one of the kids to cross the street. I am never usually in a hurry, but come on, my grandmother can walk faster than that!
What’s the problem? The teenager’s head is buried in their phone with headphones crossing the street. I often wonder if they even know the light is green?!
Seriously, with their head buried, and buds in their ears, would they even see a car that didn’t see them?
I think, its only a matter of time till…you know. But to go even deeper, what kind of drones are we becoming that we can’t keep our attention at, well, Attention!
Ok, now that I’m off my soap box, lets get to the discussion at hand with is the the neck pain from texting.
