So you think you want some awesome arms for your wedding? Wanna look great when it comes time for pictures?
Great, so just for you I will break down what you need to do to get those awesome Wedding Diet Arms.
I am sure you have heard it from Greatist, or Shape that you cannot spot reduce! What that means is that if you have a few extra pounds to lose you can’t just do the Wedding Diet Arm Workout and expect to see arms like Jillian Michaels.

Now, if you are doing your Wedding Diet Cardio Plan and want the best wedding arm workout; here are some great tips.
Best Wedding Arm Workout Plan
1 Work your Triceps! Triceps are 80% of your arm and when you are turned with your partner next to you, you want those triceps to POP!
Try theses exercises – Rope arm extensions, Tricep Dips on a Bench, Planks, Flat Bar Underhand Tricep Extensions
2 Don’t Forget about the Bi’s! – Biceps are the King to the Tricep Queen. Aside from lugging around the little ones which usually come after the wedding (but not always), you can develop your biceps in the gym.
Try these exercises – Bicep Curls with a Bar Bell, Bicep Curls with a Band, Dumbbell Bicep curls, and planks
These are mostly the isolation exercises, but you can also work these muscles when you do other workouts.
Instead of just doing 3 sets of 10 and resting between, trying alternating without resting:
Curl, Dips, Add Weight and Repeat till you can’t feel your arms!
That will definitely blast them!
Do this at the beginning of your workout and the end! Overall, if you are training them well you will start to see results.

Tricep Extensions – Rope 10-12
Flat Bar Cable Curls 10-12
Cable Arm Curls – Rope Hammer Curl 10-12
Do four sets of these increasing the weight each time. If you can’t do the last few on the last set, you are doing it right! Good Luck 😉
Remember the key to showing off your guns in your wedding photos, is having the muscle with no fat on top. If you do this workout, you will tighten your arms and you will show your amazing arms all night long! Don’t stress too much, your best wedding arm workout will pay off for all the eyes on you to see.
However, be careful….you will look amazing and may make some of your wedding party jealous that you look soo good!
Now that you have the best wedding arms, don’t forget to flex on those wedding pictures! Not muscle flex, but squeeze the tricep a little and make that arm POP! Wowza!
