Personally, I have done a variation of many home workout programs.
For me, a great home workout program will give you so many benefits:

- Not feeling like you are on display

Best Home Workout Program For Men
As a personal trainer I can tell you that I love P90X! If you are new to strength training, P90X’s program has a perfect balance of strength training, rest periods, program flow, and workout fun!
The program comes with:

- 90 day DVD workout series
It really is my favorite at home workout! It is suggested that you pick up a few weights or you can do all the moves with a TRX. It all depends on your preference and price. Personally, I use my TRX and exercise bands I picked up at the local Ross.
If you have been doing P90X for a while and need a bigger challenge, check out P90X 2. P90X 2 changes up the workout program for more challenging workouts and adds medicine balls for balance and resistance.
Hard press for time? Try P90X3! Tony Horton realized that people are crunched for time and created this awesome program that can be completed in 30 minutes.
Here is your warning….any program that is 30 minutes, is higher in intensity and you need to go at your own pace in the beginning. And the intensity matters!! You will burn fat, get in shape, all before you even know it.
If you haven’t tried the first P90X, that’s ok, you can pick the other ones if you like their programs better.

Insanity is just what it sounds like….INSANE! If you are looking for a HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) workout, then this is it! Sean T is the creator and has developed this awesome 60 day program to get you burning fat and increasing your endurance in no time.
However, if you have some muscle, any HIIT program should be completed in addition to your strength training workouts. When I did Insanity 5 days a week, I burned off 15 lbs of muscle!
Ouch! Not the result I wanted. I found the best balance of programming was to combine P90X for strength and Insanity for cardio and high calorie burns.
The Insanity programming is full intensity and to prevent injury, please go at your own pace! After a few weeks, you endurance will increase and you will be able to push through all the moves.
The program itself combines cardio, strength, core, and stretching. It is a full body high intense complete workout ranging from 40 to 60 minutes.
Unleash your inner Beast! It has taken me 2 years to actually commit to this program. Why? My stubbornness and ego got in the way!
I have seen the commercials and I thought there is no way you can get jacked on a bodybuilder style workout at home with minimal equipment.
