This program is soo popular because it works! But beware, this is not your easy peasy workout. It is hard and you should be fully prepared to get uncomfortable.
As with anything worth doing, there is a progression for your progress. You may start a beginner, but you will end up a lean mean ready-for-the-beach machine!
P90x is a 12 week program broken up in to several stages to avoid muscle plateaus and burn fat. It is a 6 day program designed to take any body and turn it into a fat burning machine.

These programs came from high demand of the P90x program and are very similar to the predecessor with few slight variations.

Bored with your cardio? Then 21 Minute Hard Corps may be your cure for the slow and go treadmill!.
This is program is an 8 week bootcamp style workout by the P90X creator Tony Horton. It’s only 22 minutes a day and will get your dust off for some of the more challenging Beachbody workouts.
Hard Corps is an introduction to Insanity, but does not have as many complicated moves. It combines full body movements and get the blood pumping to make your fat cry.
5 21 Day Fix
