The 2 Phases of your Challenge

Your Advocare 24 Day Challenge Instructions
Now that you know what all those supplement boxes will do for you, its time to get organized. Use these 4 Helpful Tips to Maximize your challenge results.
1 Cut out the bad stuff! During the challenge you will see greater results when you cut out:
Coffee – 1 cup of black coffee a day is ok if you need it.
Dairy – Cut out cheese, milk, and as many dairy products as you can (eggs are not dairy)
ALCOHOL – If you stick to the Advocare 24 Day Challenge Instructions your craving for alcohol will be greatly reduced. So this is not as bad as it sounds. Mark your calendar for when the challenge is over and celebrate with a glass of bubbly.
Processed Sugars – Cut out processed sugars like sodas, white rice, white four, etc. If you have a craving, take a Spark and it will get you through the day.
2 Download the Advocare 24 Day Challenge app for your phone! Just search in your Apple or Google Play store and find the app. It will remind you of what vitamins to take when and also guide you on what food to eat. It is an awesome tool!
3 Eat the rainbow! Fruits and Veggies will help you ‘take out the trash’ as I mentioned before. If you have trouble with this, pick up a good blender!

I know you will find the challenge to be successful and rewarding. I took the challenge because I wanted something to help get healthy and eliminate my cravings. It may seem that there are a lot of rules for what not to eat or drink, but the supplements will help you eliminate your unhealthy cravings.
